The small print.
Pricing. All prices are net prices in Euro (€) exclusive of VAT. All prices apply to the articles as described (changes to products and packaging are possible).
Invoicing practice. You will generally receive all ordered goods on open account. This way you can assure yourself of the quality of our products prior to payment. Payment is due net within 14 days of the invoice date.
Delivery. All deliveries within Germany are free of freight charges. A EUR 6.50 flat rate fee is charged for processing and handling.
International. When placing an order outside Germany, please contact us for an individual freight charge quotation.
14-day returns guarantee. In the event that one of our products should not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 14 days in good order and condition, carriage paid. Products with customised promotional imprints are exempt from this rule.
Validity. We deliver as described above. METALOG® training tools cannot accept any deviating terms and conditions from our customers. Our catalogue is valid until the release of the subsequent catalogue.
Changes. The design and technical innovation of our products may change.
Warranty. All of our products come with a minimum warranty of 24 months on material and processing defects. Defect parts will either be repaired, exchanged or re-credited. Damage or malfunction that occurs due to misuse, use of force or natural wear and tear shall not be covered by the warranty. Statutory warranty claims additionally apply.
Retention of title. All goods remain the property of METALOG® training tools up until full payment is received.
Jurisdiction. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Munich.
Data protection. For your own safety, personal data is proncipally processed in compliance with data protection provisions and statutes. Naturally, your legitimate interests are taken into account. We store data required for transactions and use it exclusively for the promotion of METALOG® training tools.
