METALOG® training tools are multifaceted interaction activities and learning projects for indoor and outdoor use. Their simplicity and powerful effect both engaging and fun, they engage all of the learner’s senses allowing the user to really experience learning topics such as communication, leadership, team dynamics and roles, etc. During the two days (bookings for individual days also possible), you will experience a wide range of METALOG® training tools and understand their value in the learning situation.

During the workshops, the application of the METALOG® training tools to a wide range of topics will be explained, including:
Team development, building trust, leadership communication, project management, communication interfaces, communication strategies in various contexts, feedback, self organisation, systemic coaching, distribution of work, quality of work, interdependency between individual tasks in the team and the overall goal, playful activation, and many others.

This a 2 day course, however each day can be booked separately if you only have a limited amount of time available.

The METALOG® Method - the process-oriented approach for fostering sustainability in organizational change and personal development

The METALOG® Method integrates experiential learning strategies into a systemic and solution-oriented approach. Pioneered by Tobias Voss, it mirrors more than 15 years of experience in delivering training and organizational development programs as a hypnotherapist with clients such as Nokia, Audi and Deutsche Telekom. The METALOG® Method allows (learning) teams to discover at first hand how they truly interact with each other. Through playful yet challenging settings, the METALOG® Method unravels the interpersonal and emotional layers of team interaction, authentically reflecting the systems in which the teams operate in their working lives. This systemic and solutions-oriented approach gives teams the space to explore how they perceive themselves and each other in order to improve their communication strategies and hence collaborate more effectively.

Their feedback and personal experience of the activity play a crucial role in the reflection session and, indeed, in the concept of “living metaphors”, which lies at the heart of the METALOG® Method.

Your Trainer: Tobias Voss, BA Honors in International Business and Cultural Studies from the University of Passau (Diplom Kulturwirt), Systemic Coach, Certified NLP Master trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, freelance trainer and coach since 1994 working mainly for international corporations and small and medium-sized companies, founder of METALOG® training tools, publisher of several articles in professional journals. Tobias has many years experience in team and organizational development for corporations such as Nokia, Audi, BMW, Dresdner Bank, Infineon Technologies and Lufthansa. Tobias is a specialist for the integration of experiential learning programs for change processes in industry. Since 1998, he has carried out numerous train-the-trainer programs. His book “Die METALOG® Methode” (“The METALOG® Method”) will be published in Spring 2010.
